Bob Caplan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business processes and systems, currently serving as the Director of Business Processes & Systems at US HealthConnect since 2006. Prior to this role, Bob held the position of Manager of Client Data Standards at Quest Diagnostics from 1997 to 2004 and managed Information Resources at SmithKline Beecham from April 1993 to July 1997. Bob earned an MBA in Business from the University of Phoenix between 2002 and 2004 and a BS in Computer Science from Florida International University from 1982 to 1985.
