Charlie Franco is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and sales strategy, currently serving as Region Vice President of National Sales at US Foods since May 2021. Prior to this role, Charlie held several positions at US Foods, including Regional Vice President for Independent Restaurants, where success included increasing employee engagement and enhancing product portfolios. Before joining US Foods, Charlie spent over 13 years at PepsiCo, progressing through various leadership roles such as Senior Director of Sales Strategy & Planning and Market Director for Colorado, focusing on strategic planning, customer care, and team development. Charlie holds a BBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
