Helle Sandmann has extensive experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, recruitment, and employee onboarding. Helle has held various HR roles in companies such as Cryos International, Knowit, Creuna, Arla Foods amba, Tryg Forsikring, and Cryptomathic. Their most recent position was as an HR Director at Cryos International. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at Knowit and Creuna. Helle also served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, Senior Resourcing & Mobility Consultant, and Senior Resourcing Partner at Arla Foods amba. Earlier in their career, they were an HR Coordinator at Tryg Forsikring and a PR & Information Coordinator at Cryptomathic.

Helle Sandmann obtained their Master's degree in English & Media Science from Aarhus University from 1994 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at Hjørring Gymnasium, where they received a Sproglig student degree. Apart from their academic qualifications, Helle has also obtained additional certifications such as Forretningsdrevet HR udvikling v. Gitte Mandrup from HR Pro MASTER in 2021, ICC Certified Coach from the International Coaching Community in 2012, Hogan Assessments from a&D resources in 2010, and PAPI (Personality and Preference Inventory) from Cubiks in 2007.
