Ava Grafius currently serves as the Safeguarding & Compliance Manager at US Club Soccer, a position held since March 2023. Concurrently, Ava is the Art Curator for John Berkey Art Ltd. since May 2019, overseeing sales of artistic works through johnberkey.com. Previously, Ava held roles at Player's Health from February 2021 to March 2023, where responsibilities included cultivating relationships with sport administrators and fostering safe environments for athletes. Experience as Youth Sports and Recreation Program Manager at Minnetonka Public Schools included managing large-scale youth sports leagues and volunteer coaches. Earlier roles at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and various internships in sports marketing and event coordination provided a well-rounded background in sport management. Ava holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs, earned in 2019.
