Lael H. has extensive experience in software engineering and management, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at US 1 Industries, Inc. since May 2022, while also being the Founder and President of Aveneera since October 2022. Lael co-founded and serves as a coach for the TRI-VALLEY TRIATHLON CLUB since March 2010. Previous roles include Development Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer at Workday from January 2009 to February 2020, as well as Programmer Analyst at Genentech Inc. from November 2003 to June 2007. Lael's career began as a Software Engineer at Luckysurf.com and included early work as a Telesales Representative at Soccer World. Lael holds both a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Davis, obtained in 2000 and 1998, respectively.
