Pooneh Feldman has over 25 years of work experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Pooneh is currently serving as the Director of Client Services at UrVenue since August 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MGM Resorts International as the Senior Manager Corporate Hotel Strategy from October 2021 to October 2022. From 2020 to 2021, Pooneh held the position of Director of Recreation Service at MGM Grand Hotel, NYNY Hotel, and The Signature.

Pooneh has also worked at ARIA Resort & Casino as the Director of Pool Operations from 2014 to 2020, where they were responsible for managing pool operations, creating policies and procedures, and overseeing staff, budgets, and guest experience.
