Hilal Jafar is a Business Development Executive at Uruk Group with experience in identifying viable business opportunities, forming strategic partnerships, proposal preparation, risk reviews, contract development, financial modeling, market intelligence, and project development. As a Mechanical Engineer, Hilal was involved in project engineering for Taji SC Power Plant and Mansurya SC Power Plant, provided proposal support for bids, and introduced engineering design softwares. Previously, at Petrofac, Hilal worked as a Graduate Procurement Engineer. Hilal holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Process Technology and Management from the University of Strathclyde, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham.
