Jose Moncada Arias started their work experience in 2016 at Teleperformance as a Senior Full-stack Developer. Jose held this role until October 2021. In November 2021, they joined Uruit as a Full Stack Developer.

Jose Moncada Arias completed their education in a chronological order, starting from 2009 to 2016. Jose first attended Institución Universitaria Pascual Bravo from 2009 to 2012, where they obtained a degree in Tecnología informática/Tecnología de sistemas informáticos. Following that, they pursued their studies at Politécnico Colombiano 'Jaime Isaza Cadavid' from 2013 to 2016, where they obtained a degree in Ingeniería with a specialization in Ingeniería informática.

In addition to their formal education, Jose Moncada Arias also received a certification in Scrum Foundation Professional from CertiProf in July 2021.
