Erin Stroble

Senior Associate Athletic Director at Ursinus College

Erin Stroble is in her seventh year as the Associate Athletic Director and her 13th overall at Ursinus. Prior to taking over as Associate AD, Stroble was head coach of the Ursinus Women’s Lacrosse team from 2004-2011.

As the women’s lacrosse coach, Stroble complied an overall record of 63-55 and a 40-23 record in the Centennial Conference. In 2010 she was named Centennial Conference Coach of the Year as she guided the Bears to an 11-6 overall record and a third place seed in the Centennial Conference Tournament but would fall to Franklin & Marshall in the semifinals. In 2011 the Bears returned to the playoffs as the same seed but once again fell in the semifinals this time to Gettysburg. During her tenure as head coach Stroble would coach 22 All-Centennial Conference Players, including nine first-team selections.

As Associate Athletic Director, Stroble oversees practice, game, and facility scheduling, NCAA compliance, and academic monitoring. She also serves as Senior Woman Administrator and represents Ursinus College at the Centennial Conference and NCAA levels.

Stroble is a 2002 graduate of Ursinus College where she was a standout lacrosse player for the Bears. As a student-athlete she was the first woman in Ursinus College history to be named First Team All-American and First Team Academic All-American. During her senior season Stroble was named the Centennial Conference Player of the Year and became the first player in Ursinus women's lacrosse history to score 200 career goals. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with honors in Communication Studies and is a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Stroble would go on to earn a master’s degree in Professional Communication from La Salle University in 2004.
