Alvaro Niño began their work experience in 2015 as a Director Comercial at inerint, where they served until 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Director Comercial at NATURALES CASVIOR SAS until October of the same year. Following this, they joined Bacatá coworking in November 2020 as a Director Comercial until September 2022. Currently, Alvaro Niño is the Global CIO at Ursae SAS ESP, starting in August 2022.

From 2000 to 2006, Alvaro Niño attended Ing. Sistemas and pursued a degree in Mercadeo. However, the degree was ultimately not completed as it was labeled as "Postergado."
