Aaron Winn is a highly experienced propulsion engineer currently serving as a Staff Propulsion Engineer at Ursa Major since March 2022. Prior to this role, Aaron held the position of Sr. Propulsion Development Engineer at SpaceX from June 2018 to March 2022, where responsibilities included directing the development of key combustors for the Raptor full flow staged combustion engine, emphasizing design, validation, systems integration, and production with a focus on agile methodologies. Aaron's earlier career at GE Power spanned over a decade, during which various roles included Engineering Technical Leader, Senior Design Engineer, and Lead Design Engineer in the Turbine Module, contributing significantly to the design and validation of turbine components and facilitating cross-continental engineering collaboration. Aaron holds an Honors Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with concentrations in Mathematics and Aerospace Engineering, from the University of Delaware.
