Preeti B has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as a Talent Search Associate at Urpantech, Inc. since May 2013, focusing on passive head hunting and social media recruitment, along with managing client and recruiter relationships, particularly for technical, engineering, and IT roles. Prior to this, Preeti B worked as a Technical Recruiter at Ghealthcare LLC from March 2011 to May 2013, where responsibilities included full life cycle recruiting, developing recruiting strategies, creative sourcing, negotiation, and enhancing candidate experience. Preeti B holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from SV University in Tirupati, India.
