Bonnie Crittenden is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in office coordination, human resources, and wellness program development. Currently serving as Office Site Coordinator and Human Resource Administrator at Urology Specialists of the Carolinas PLLC since November 2012, Bonnie manages clinical and clerical staff, oversees scheduling and insurance processes, and works on employee recruitment and compensation strategies. Prior roles include serving as an Executive Administrative Assistant and HR Coordinator at Capital L Group, LLC, where Bonnie contributed to the organizational growth from $100 million to over $350 million in assets under management. Additionally, Bonnie has a background in fitness and wellness management, having held leadership positions at various organizations, including NorthEast Health & Fitness Institute and Uptown YMCA.
