Patty R. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Patty is currently a Certified Medical Assistant at Urology of Indiana LLC, starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Windrose Health Network as a Clinical Trainer from March 2022 to November 2022, and as a Certified Medical Assistant from June 2019 to February 2022. In this role, they were responsible for patient care, administering injections and immunizations, assisting with medical procedures, and managing medical records. Before that, Patty worked as a Billing Operations Manager at Electrifying Revenue Management from May 2018 to December 2018. Patty also has experience as a Medical Instructor at Harrison College from June 2016 to May 2018, and as a Program Director at American National University and National College from January 2012 to June 2016. Additionally, Patty worked as a Certified Medical Assistant at INDIANAPOLIS GASTROENTEROLOGY, INC. from June 2008 to February 2011, at Meridian Medical Group from September 2007 to June 2008, and at Wishard Health Connection from January 2005 to January 2007.

Patty R. obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Strayer University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from American National University, where they studied from 2014 to 2017.

In 2003 to 2004, Patty completed an Associate of Science - AS degree in Allied Health and Medical Assisting Services from Indiana Business College. Patty also obtained a high school diploma from Franklin Community High School from 1989 to 1993.

Additionally, Patty has obtained several certifications. In July 2018, they received certifications in Executive Management, Project Management-Lean Process, and Six Sigma Green Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute. In October 2021, they obtained the CMA certification from AAMA.
