Currently serving as Customer Service Manager at Urnex Brands, LLC since April 2019, Lucia previously held the position of Operations and Customer Service Manager at Ascometal North America Inc. from April 2001 to December 2018, where responsibilities included establishing the company previously known as Lucchini USA Inc.
