Bill Quiros has an extensive history of leadership and successful business endeavors.

Bill immigrated from Costa Rica to the United States in 1977. He earned an undergraduate degree in political science from SUNY Binghamton and graduated with his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 1988.

Bill began a career providing international income tax consulting services to US multinational corporations doing business in Mexico and Latin America. He developed his expertise in Mexico’s maquiladora program, US transfer pricing rules, and the US-Mexico Income Tax Treaty. He regularly spoke at seminars in venues throughout the US and Latin America. In 1996 Bill officially achieved entrepreneurial status when he acquired a maquiladora operation of his own in Northern Mexico. Under his leadership, this operation grew from 2,000 to over 14,000 employees, totaling 6 maquiladora facilities in just four years. Bill ultimately sold the maquiladora operations and began investing in domestic and international real estate.

In 1999 Bill acquired LA Records Management, Inc. After selling the information management business in 2008 he became the Executive Chairman of the Board for Cornerstone Records Management, Inc. Soon thereafter in 2010, he founded URM Technologies. Bill has been the CEO of URM Technologies ever since, growing the corporation into a full-service, state of the art resource for complete, document management solutions.

Bill has proven to be a dynamic and innovative leader, growing his company by attracting and hiring highly qualified professionals with tremendous industry experience who share his vision for URM Technologies.
