Markus Elz is an experienced professional currently involved in Unternehmensentwicklung at EWR AG since February 2023 and serves as Geschäftsführer at LiftWood UG since October 2022, where the focus is on creating high-quality, sustainable products from wood. As CPO at URM GROUP since March 2021, Markus has contributed to operational management, and from 2015 to 2021, held various roles at Sonima Group, including Head of Purchasing & Business Development and Head of Purchasing & Project Management. Prior experience includes project management at an international automotive supplier and engineering roles in remanufacturing and lean management at BorgWarner Inc. Markus began a solid educational journey with a Bachelor of Engineering in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Bingen University of Applied Sciences and is pursuing a Master of Arts in International Management at the University of Applied Sciences Worms.
