Hiller Hardie, MBA, CPA, CGMA, is a Senior Manager at Urish Popeck & Co., LLC, leading the Assurance Services group and overseeing audits for companies valued between $20 to $100 million in the healthcare, construction, and manufacturing sectors since October 2011. Previously, Hiller served as Vice President of Finance at Kendle International, where responsibilities included leading ERP implementation across multiple regions and managing Corporate Accounting, Tax, Audit, and Project Finance Analysis. Hiller also established the Audit Function at Kendle and guided its initial Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer for CPR, Inc. and affiliated companies, playing a crucial role in their growth and successful sales. Hiller's educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Allegheny College and two Master of Business Administration degrees in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business.
