Philippe Bailly currently serves as Directeur des Systèmes d'Information / Group CIO at URGO Group since December 2023. Previously, Philippe held the position of Digitalization Officer at Siemens from March 2017 to January 2023, where responsibilities included defining digitalization strategy for manufacturing facilities, managing a €14m budget, and overseeing the rollout of digital solutions. Prior to Siemens, Philippe was the CIO for the EMEA region at Dresser-Rand from March 2011 to March 2017, focusing on team management and IT strategy. Philippe's earlier career included roles as Industrial Information System Director for Operations at L'Oréal, CIO at Rexam, Managing Director at PWC Consulting, and IT Internal Consultant at Cegelec. Philippe's education includes an Advanced Leadership Program from Siemens Technik Akademie Erlangen and a degree in IT from Ecole Supérieure d'Informatique.
