Len Tanner has a vast experience in customer support and contact center operations. Len started their career as a Senior Consultant at Accenture in 1997. Len then served as the Vice President of Customer Service at Alliance Data for almost a decade, overseeing various operations. Len also held the position of Director of Customer Service at Health Net and Director of Call Center at Towers Watson. Len later worked as the Director of Customer Operations at MetaSource and the Vice President of Contact Center Operations at HONK Technologies. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Customer Support at Urgently.
Len Tanner attended the University of Phoenix from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. They also have additional certifications in Incoming Call Center Management from ICMI, Six Sigma Green Belt from Motorola, and Statistical Process Control from SPC.
