Ron Baxter has over three decades of experience in the technology industry. Ron started their career in 1991 as a Mechanical Engineer at J.V. Manufacturing Co., Inc. Over the years, they progressed through various roles within the company, working as an IT Programmer, System Administrator, and eventually becoming the Director of Technology. In 2023, they joined Urgently as Senior IT Manager before being promoted to Director of Information Technology later in the same year.

Ron Baxter earned an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Penn State New Kensington (The Pennsylvania State University) in 1991. Ron then went on to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology & Organizational Leadership from Duquesne University in 2002. In 2008, Ron obtained an Associate's Degree in Computer and Electronics Engineering Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Pittsburgh. In 2013, they pursued a field of study in Electrical/Electronics Maintenance and Repair Technology at Lenape Technical School.
