Jennifer Hand's work experience includes roles at Urgent Doc and Mt. Enterprise Community Health Clinic. At Urgent Doc, they have served as the Chief Operating Officer since October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Clinical Operations, responsible for managing 4 Urgent Care clinics and various tasks related to compliance, training, vendor relations, and marketing. Jennifer also held the position of Clinical Manager/Radiologic Technologist at Urgent Doc. At Mt. Enterprise Community Health Clinic, Jennifer worked as an Office Administrator/Laboratory Assistant. Their tenure at this clinic lasted from August 2007 to July 2010.

Jennifer Hand earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Radiologic Technology/Science - Radiographer from Kilgore College, where they studied from 2007 to 2010.
