Josh Ordonez has a background in nuclear criticality safety engineering. Josh started their career as a student in the Y-12/LANL Nuclear Criticality Safety Pipeline from January 2019 to December 2019. There, they gained valuable experience in the field. Josh then interned as a Spent Fuel Pool Criticality Engineering Intern at Westinghouse Electric Company from May 2021 to August 2021. Josh contributed to active projects and performed critical safety analysis using simulation data generation and processing. Currently, they are employed at Urenco USA as a Nuclear Criticality Safety Engineer, starting in May 2022.

Josh Ordonez attended Texas A&M University from 2016 to 2021, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering. Josh obtained this certification in December 2021 from Texas A&M University.
