Ceren Roberts is an experienced professional with a strong background in education and management. Currently serving as the Cyfarwyddwr Gwersyll yr Urdd Caerdydd at Urdd Gobaith Cymru since December 2018, Ceren has also contributed as a Volunteer at Menter Caerdydd from 2012 to November 2023. Ceren co-owned CAVAVAN CYF. from January 2017 to January 2021 and held various roles at Cardiff University, including School Manager, Student Support Manager, and Academic Administrator from November 2007 to December 2018. Ceren began a career at WJEC / CBAC as a Clerk from 2003 to 2006 after earning a Bachelor of Science and Economics degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Wales, Cardiff. Early education was completed at Ysgol Rhydfelen from 1996 to 2003.
