David Barry is an accomplished leader in the residential real estate sector, currently serving as President and CEO of Urby since January 2012. Under David's leadership, Urby has become a prominent developer in the Northeast, operating over 3,000 units and developing an additional 4,000 across the United States. Prior to Urby, David held the position of Principal at Ironstate Development Company from April 1993 to January 2016, contributing to the growth of one of the largest privately held real estate firms in the region, known for its mixed-use projects such as the Standard East Village and the W Hotel in Hoboken. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia College, Columbia University, and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center.
