Stuart has held various leadership roles, including Executive Director, Head of Talent Acquisition, Vice President of Recruiting, Senior Director of Recruiting and Global Mobility, and Director of Recruiting and Global Mobility. Stuart has successfully managed recruiting teams, implemented applicant tracking systems, and worked closely with business leaders to define staffing needs and sourcing strategies. Stuart holds a MA (Hons) in International Business & Languages from Heriot-Watt University and a Diploma in International Business & Languages from ESSCA.
