Olivier Pouvillon has extensive experience in the field of civil engineering and construction management. Since June 2007, Olivier has been serving as Directeur technique and Directeur Travaux at URBAT, responsible for executing project management in the regions of Toulouse, Perpignan, and Marseille. Prior to this role, Olivier worked at Bourdarios groupe Vinci from 2001 to 2007 as Conducteur de travaux and Conducteur de travaux principal. Olivier holds a degree in Ingenieur Maitre en génie civil, Structure bâtiment from IUP Génie Civil La Rochelle, completed between 1998 and 2001.
