Amy Hollingsworth has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Amy has most recently served as the Vice President of Business Development at UrbanSitter since October 2020, where they led the company's Corporate Benefit Program. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2020, Amy worked at Concentrix as the CX Consulting Lead, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and delivering consistent customer experiences across all channels. Amy had a long tenure at Convergys from 2007 to 2018, serving as an Engagement Director. Amy began their career at Hewlett-Packard in 2000 as a Technology Consultant before transitioning to other roles.

Amy Hollingsworth attended Colorado State University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration. Amy'sfield of study was Computer Information Systems. In addition to their degree, Amy also obtained certifications throughout their career. In January 2019, they became a CX Pro (CX-I) after completing a program at Forrester. Furthermore, in February 2023, Amy became a Founding Member of Fort Collins Professional Women for Good at Grapevine institution.
