Florian Joutel serves as the Directeur régional at URBANIS since 2013, leading the regional agency's development while overseeing studies and operational missions focused on the requalification of private housing, deteriorated condominiums, and urban redevelopment in historical neighborhoods. Prior to this role, Florian held the position of Chef de projet and Responsable développement Bretagne, managing pre-operational studies and urban renewal programs for multiple cities. Florian also gained research experience as a Stagiaire chercheur at Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina, where a study on agroecology and sustainable territorial development was conducted, and contributed to the organization of an international colloquium. Earlier work included an environmental mission at Syndicat Mixte du Salève, where assessments were made on landscape protection directives. Florian holds a Master Recherche from Université de Tours and a Magistère in Aménagement du Territoire.
