Andy Beach started their work experience in 2002 as a Project Manager at Ryan Homes. Andy then became a Construction Cost Manager and later a Sales and Marketing Representative at the same company. In 2008, they joined Cook Medical as a District Manager until 2011. In 2014, Andy Beach co-founded GatherRVA. Since 2010, they have been the Owner and Principal of UrbanCore Construction, a full-service construction firm.

Andy Beach obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Tech between 1998 and 2002.
