Dr. Mo H. began their career in 2003 as a Commercial Associate at Cordis. Dr. Mo then moved to Beckman Coulter Diagnostics in 2008 as a Commercial Manager. In 2014, they became a Postdoctoral Researcher at Alliance Manchester Business School. From 2015 to 2017, they held the roles of Board Member and Executive Director at RUSSELL FOOD GRUHE LIMITED. In 2017, they joined UrbanChain as Commercial Director, where they governed the company to grow through the start-up phases and increased the equity’s value from £150k in 2019 to £25m in 2021. Dr. Mo also designed and created sales and marketing teams to deliver the contract values worth of £10.5m in three years.

Dr. Mo H. completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Innovation & Technology Management from Alliance Manchester Business School between 2010 and 2014.
