Rob Moore began their work experience in 1992 as a Business Manager at Unilever and stayed until 2000. Rob then joined KPMG in 2000 as an Associate Director and worked until 2008 as the Business Development Director for London and Eastern Counties. From 2008 to 2012, they were the Director for the Northern Region at KPMG. In 2012, they joined Teal Partners Ltd as an Associate Director until 2017. In 2016, they also became an Investor/Director at Jemworks Ltd. Finally, in 2017, they became the Chief Commercial Officer for Urban Zoo Studios, where they were responsible for strategy, client acquisition, and growth.

Rob Moore attended The University of Manchester from 1989 to 1992, where they pursued a Master of Science (Msc) degree in Management & Chemical Sciences.
