Will Penn has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as a Business Development Manager at UrbanVolt. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Development Representative and later became the Team Lead in the same company. Will also had experience as an Outreach Coordinator at Cork Nature Network. Will worked as a Research Associate at Glass, Lewis & Co. and as a Telemarketer, followed by a Strategy, Advocacy, and Learning Consultant at Concern Worldwide. Before that, they served as a French-Speaking Sales Development Representative at MRP. Will also interned at UN Climate Change and worked as a Research Assistant at Institut Senegalaise de Recherches Agricoles. Earlier in their career, they had a research internship at Concern Worldwide and worked as a Fundraiser at Oxfam Ireland.

Will Penn completed their Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Durham University in the years 2015-2018. Subsequently, they pursued a degree in Development Practice with a specialization in Research and Development Management from Trinity College Dublin from 2018-2020.
