Michael Caldwell has extensive experience in business development, marketing, and public speaking across various industries. Currently serving as the East Coast BDM/Specifier at Urban Surfaces since October 2022, Michael focuses on providing quality modern flooring solutions for the multi-family and single-family markets. Michael also has a long-standing role as a Public Address Announcer for Florida Citrus Sports, showcasing expertise in sports broadcasting. Previous positions include Director of Business Development and Marketing at Stinson’s Interior Solutions, and multiple roles at Mohawk Industries, including Territory Manager and Smartstrand Specialist. Michael's earlier career included sales and marketing roles at PennComm USA and Top of the World Communities, as well as teaching Algebra and Trigonometry at Dorman High School. Michael holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Clemson University.
