Carmen McKinnon, M.A. Ed., is an experienced recruitment and career development professional with a strong background in supporting individuals with disabilities and fostering workforce opportunities. Currently serving as an Ability One Recruiter at PRIDE Industries since April 2021, Carmen collaborates with local agencies to enhance recruitment efforts. As Workforce Section 3 Coordinator at Urban Strategies, Inc., since August 2020, Carmen has implemented innovative strategies for candidate placement. Previous roles include Career Transition Specialist at Alutiiq, LLC, and Career Service's Coordinator at Centura College, where Carmen facilitated job placements and supported students and alumni in their job searches.
