JoLene Parks is a seasoned professional in property management with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Urban Renaissance Group since April 2007, JoLene has undertaken various roles, specializing in project work, property acquisition due diligence, and the development of operational processes. Since November 2015, JoLene has focused on the property management and restoration of the SeaTac Office Center, overseeing significant building system replacements and remodels. Prior to Urban Renaissance Group, JoLene held the position of General Manager at Equity Office Properties, managing a substantial office portfolio in Bellevue, and served as Senior Asset Manager at Martin Smith Inc., directing financial and operational activities for a large office and retail portfolio while managing teams of property professionals.
