Emiliano Sanchez-Pedraza is an experienced engineer with a strong background in building project work, vendor organization, customer relations, and reporting, currently employed at Urban Renaissance Group since November 2016. In addition to engineering, Emiliano is the owner of S & G Rentals, a company established in January 2021 that focuses on managing and assisting with rental needs, offering tailored solutions for short-term and medium-term rentals. Educationally, Emiliano attended Renton Technical College from 2011 to 2015 and Green River College in 2010-2011, and completed studies at Todd Beamer High School.
