Previous positions include Vice President of Culinary & Beverage at Ruth's Chris Steak House and various leadership roles in research and development at Houlihan's Restaurant Group and Brinker International. James also has experience as Chef and Owner of Chirila's and held chef positions at Rosewood Hotels and Adolphus Hotel, where responsibilities included menu creation, training, and daily specials.
