Ryan David is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in the design, management, and coordination of complex projects across various sectors including commercial, residential, and public infrastructure. Holding the position of Principal at Urban, Ltd. since 1998, Ryan has overseen a diverse portfolio of projects while previously serving as Senior Associate and Project Manager at Urban Engineering & Associates. Additional roles included Associate at Urban, Ltd. and Permit Assistant at VDOT. Ryan began the career with foundational experience as a Rod Man and CAD Technician at Sikes Survey.
