Blair Shields, EIT, has over a decade of experience in the engineering field, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Urban, Ltd. since May 2013, after initially working as a Project Engineer within the same company. Prior to this, Blair was a student at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from August 2010 to December 2013, where a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering was obtained. Before attending UNC Charlotte, Blair studied at Trinity College-Hartford from 2008 to 2010.
