Mary Pickett currently serves as a CCMEP Case Manager at the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Mary held multiple roles at Santa Maria Community Services from August 2021 to May 2024, including Education Supervisor, Workforce Coach, and Education Instructor. Prior experience includes serving as an Education Instructor during an AmeriCorps position from September 2019 to August 2021 at Santa Maria Community Services, where support was provided to adults and youth for high school equivalency attainment. Additional experience includes working in membership services in the Campus Recreation Department from September 2016 to May 2019, facilitating orientation for new students at Northern Kentucky University in the summer of 2016, and functioning as a cashier at Kroger from July 2015 to May 2016. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Northern Kentucky University, obtained in 2019.
