Fallon Johnson is an experienced professional currently serving as the Division Manager of Community Justice at the Urban League of Broward County since October 2022. Prior to this role, Fallon Johnson worked as a Human Resources Manager at Virtue Medical Staffing from January 2019 to October 2022. Additional experience includes serving as a Courtroom Administrator for the Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller in Palm Beach County and a Deputy Sheriff in Corrections for both the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office and the Broward Sheriff's Office. Fallon Johnson began their career as a Paralegal at the Broward State Attorney's Office. Fallon Johnson holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminology and Sociology from the University of Florida.
