Emily Everhart, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Urban Land Interests since December 2022. Prior to this role, Emily held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Kiavi, where support was provided to approximately 100 employees during significant organizational changes. Emily's extensive experience at EatStreet includes leadership roles such as Director of HR Business Partners and Director of Delivery HR, overseeing employee relations, performance management, and HR functions for a large workforce. Emily also contributed to the growth of EatStreet from 15 to 180 employees as the Director of Team Development & Recruitment, establishing the company's first HR department. Emily began a career in HR as the Executive Account Manager in an early-stage online ordering start-up. Emily graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Certificate in Business.
