Patty Haller Bock, SCCED, currently serves as a Senior Manager at the Urban Land Institute, a position held since May 2022. Prior to this role, Patty was the Economic Development Director for the City of Spartanburg from July 2009 to 2020 and worked in various capacities at Johnson Development Associates, Inc. from 1987 to 2009, focusing on real estate development, project management, and real estate services for industrial, multi-family, office, and retail properties. Patty specializes in research and analysis for site selection, collaborating with engineers, architects, and general contractors to create turnkey facilities within the developer portfolio. Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing/Organizational Communication from The Ohio State University.
