Fabian Ratulowski has a strong background in accounting and finance. Fabian worked as the Vice President of Accounting at Urban Innovations from February 2022 to present. Prior to that, they held the role of Controller from August 2019 to February 2022 and Accounting Manager from October 2017 to August 2019 at the same company. Before joining Urban Innovations, they worked at PwC as a Senior Associate in Real Estate from August 2013 to July 2017. Fabian also had a previous role as an Assurance Intern at PwC in 2012. In addition, they gained experience as an External Reporting & Finance Intern at SunCoke Energy from June 2011 to October 2011.

Fabian Ratulowski pursued their undergraduate education at Northern Illinois University from 2008 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy. Fabian then continued their academic journey at the same institution and obtained a Masters of Accountancy from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, in October 2014, Fabian obtained a certification as a Licensed Certified Public Accountant from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.
