Lauren Laramore Ocoma has extensive work experience in the events and marketing industry. Lauren is currently the Group Vice President of Brand Strategy and Commercial Development at Clarion Events Inc. - North America, where they lead the development and execution of brand strategies for the Fire Rescue portfolio, including FDIC International. Lauren also manages brand marketing across multiple channels and analyzes data for portfolio growth strategies. Prior to their current role, Lauren was the Group Vice President of Marketing at Clarion Events, where they successfully developed and led marketing strategies for Fire Rescue and North America Power & Energy events.
Before joining Clarion Events, Lauren worked at Reed Exhibitions as the Group Marketing Director for the Reed Jewelry Group, overseeing a cross-functional marketing team. Lauren developed marketing and brand strategies for JCK Las Vegas, the largest jewelry event in North America, as well as other high-end luxury events. Lauren also held roles as the Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager at Reed Exhibitions, where they executed diverse marketing communications and coordinated partnerships with media outlets and associations.
Prior to their career in events and marketing, Lauren was a Division I Volleyball Team Member and Captain at Fairfield University. Lauren also served as a Resident Assistant during their time at the university.
From 2002 to 2006, Lauren Laramore Ocoma attended Fairfield University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
