Michelle Pontoriero is a seasoned professional in property management and leasing support, currently serving as Manager of Development Support at Urban Edge Properties since October 2021. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at Simon Property Group from October 2014 to October 2021, including Manager of Leasing Support and Senior Lease Operations Analyst, where responsibilities involved providing analytical support and financial analysis for retail properties and developments. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Property Manager at Broad Street Development, overseeing a portfolio of luxury residential and retail units while maintaining a strong tenant retention rate, as well as working as a Property Administrator. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a Management Option from Kean University from 2007 to 2011.
