Eliza Woods is an experienced professional currently serving as the Branch Operations Coordinator and Administrative Coordinator at the Urban Ecology Center since February 2023. Previously, Eliza held the position of Farm n’ Arts Apprentice at Diaspora Gardens from June to November 2022, and worked as a Scooper/Barista at Love Creamery from August 2020 to May 2022. Early career experience includes a role as a Peer Advisor at the University of Minnesota Duluth from September 2019 to May 2020. Eliza holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed in 2022.
