Grant Bryan currently serves as the National Director of Strategy and Operations at Urban Core since March 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Group General Manager at Renascent Australia P/L from May 2017 to October 2022 and positions as Director/General Manager at Renascent Regional from January 2015 to April 2017. Grant's career in the construction industry began with Hines Construction P/L as Construction Manager from May 2012 to September 2014, followed by a similar role at Renascent Sydney Pty Ltd from June 2005 to May 2012. Previous to these managerial positions, Grant held various roles including Foreman, Site Manager, Contracts Admin, and Project Manager at Paynter Dixon Construction from 2000 to 2005, and began as a Carpenter & Joiner during a self-employed apprenticeship from 1989 to 1999. Grant Bryan holds a High School Certificate from Hunters Hill High (1986 - 1989) and pursued further education at the University of Technology Sydney from 2003 to 2005.
