Shalini Mookerjee is an accomplished UX researcher with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Lead UX Researcher at Urban Company since December 2021, Shalini previously held the position of Senior UX Researcher. Prior roles include Design Researcher at Crux Intelligence and Cuddle AI, as well as Chair of the Srishti ACM Student Chapter at the Association for Computing Machinery. Shalini began a career in user experience as a UX Research Intern at Fractal Analytics. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's in Design with a focus on Human Centered Design from the Srishti Institute of Art Design and Technology, completed in 2020.
